Immortality, 2019

We explored the concept of deep time by looking at immortality and the consequences it could have on our society today. We built an experiential game around a made up bureaucracy (the Bureau of Infinite Lifespan Management, or B.I.L.M).

Players are tasked by a B.I.LM official to correct a digital database by cross-referencing information stored on paper rolls. This data reveals the life of an immortal being and his whereabouts. We used an analogue and digital approach in the game which heightens the sense of storytelling.
